Minres Odin Modifications
The IMC-designed MinRes Odin (ex Mermaid Sound) is presently being modified to operate as a pusher tug for the first of the Minerals Resources iron ore transhipment barges. This included significant structural modifications to fit the Articouple system to the vessel. IMC undertook detailed FE analysis during the design process for these modifications.
